GENERAL ORDER INFORMATION

Please read the specific ordering information for each product offered for sale.

For your convenience, greeting cards, note cards, fabrics and books may be ordered from our online shopping cart through PayPal. After selecting your products, click on the "checkout" button in the shopping cart screen, and you will be directed to PayPal to make your payments. PayPal enables anyone with an email address to securely and conveniently send payments online for free (if living in the USA) using a credit card or checking account. If you have not used PayPal's services before, click on the link to set up a free account.

We accept the following forms of payment: Credit Card payments through PayPal, Checks and Money Orders.

Once your order has been received, it will be processed and shipped between 7 - 10 business days.

INFORMATION ON ORDERING BOOKS

To purchase books, please use the online shopping cart. You can also e-mail your order to bookorder@faycarrie.com

Please note that Florida residents are required to pay 6.5% sales tax on purchases. Payment can be made by check or money order. Books will be mailed with instructions for return.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your book purchase, please send an e-mail to book_returns@faycarrie.com with your intention to return. A refund, less the applicable shipment and handling charges, will be sent within 48 hours of the receipt of the returned book.

INFORMATION ON ORDERING FABRICS

To purchase fabrics, please use the online shopping cart or e-mail your request to quiltfabrics@faycarrie.com. Please specify the fabric number. You will be contacted regarding availability and information about shipping cost.

INFORMATION ON ORDERING QUILTS

To purchase a quilt, please send an e-mail to quilts@faycarrie.com with your intent. You can also fax your request to 407-855-9957. Payments can be made via check or money order. You will be notified within 24 hours of your request. Please include the name or number of the quilt, your name, telephone number, including area code, and e-mail address.

All quilts are shipped with instructions for care. Quilts are also shipped with instructions for return, should you not be 100% satisfied and delighted with your purchase. You will be required to notify us at quilt_returns@faycarrie.com within 24 hours of receipt of the quilt if your intention is to return the quilt. An acknowledgment will be sent to you within 24 hours.

The quilt greeting and note cards can be ordered using our online shopping cart, or from the printable order form. Please note that there is a minimum order of any 10 cards.

GENERAL RETURN POLICY

Please read the return policy described under the ordering information for each product offered for sale.

It is important to send an e-mail notifying us of your intention to return a product. We will notify you with specific return instructions. Returns must be completed within 14 days of the date that the order was shipped.

Products must be returned in their original condition in order to receive a full refund, less applicable shipping and handling charges.
